At Pademelon, we take pride in assembling all products to order. Assembly typically takes 1-2 business days. Given our remote location in rural Tasmania, delivery times may be longer than standard shipments. We're continually working on solutions to streamline our delivery process and get your orders to you faster.

Shipping Options and Rates

Australia and New Zealand

• Express Australia Post:
• Australia: AUD $12.50
• New Zealand: AUD $25
• Estimated Delivery Times:
• Non-rural addresses: within 5 business days

International Shipping

• Flat Rate Shipping: AUD $50 via FedEx*
• Pick-Up Days:
• International carriers only collect from our rural location once a week, 
• Estimated Delivery Time:
• Orders should arrive within 4-10 business days after collection.

We are actively exploring ways to reduce shipping costs and transit times for international customers.

*We reserve the right to select the best shipping method depending on your order size and area.

Customs and Duties

• To ensure a seamless and transparent experience for our international customers, all orders shipping outside of Australia are sent "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid).
• The total you pay when you place your order is fully landed, guaranteeing you will not have to pay any additional customs fees when your package arrives.
