Here's the Process:

1. Purchase: Purchase a damper and mount kit from us. 

2. Trial Period: If at any point within that 45-days you don’t think it’s for you, start the return process below.

• Eligibility: the damper must be registered at pademelon.cc to the original owner with proof of purchase.
• Return form: Complete and submit our Return and Refund Form
• Return Shipping: After we have received your completed Return and Refund Form, we will reach out to organize the packing and shipping of your damper and mount kit. 
• Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to confirm it is fully functional and that all damper and mounting kit parts have been returned. Failure to include all parts will result in an adjustment to the refund price based on the retail value of the missing items.
• Refund: Once approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and you can expect it to be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please Contact Us
