If our steering damper doesn’t increase your confidence on the bike within 45 days, then we owe you your money back. It’s that simple. Don’t risk wondering how much better your bike could ride, find out for yourself, risk-free.

The Process

  1. Purchase: Order your damper and mount kit directly from Pademelon.
  2. Test: Take the full 45-day trail test period to push your limits and feel the difference.
  3. Decide: If at any point you don’t think it’s for you, start the return process below.

Eligibility

To qualify for the 45-day trail test, please ensure:

  • Registration: The damper must be registered at Pademelon.cc
  • Ownership: The trial is valid for the original owner with proof of purchase.
  • Completeness: The damper and mounting kit must be returned with all original parts.

Returns & Refunds

  • Step 1: The Form Complete and submit our Return and Refund Form.
  • Step 2: Shipping Once we receive your form, we’ll reach out to coordinate the packing and shipping of your kit.
  • Step 3: Inspection Upon arrival, we’ll verify the product is fully functional and all components are present.
    Note: If any parts are missing, we’ll simply adjust the refund amount based on the retail value of those items.
  • Step 4: Payout Once approved, we will process your refund. You can expect the credit on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
